Why seperste login for feedback? Use same login details as the app. Single sign on ?
I assume it’s because feedback system is a 3rd party and integration was low priority for release. Over time I would expect the feedback portion to be less relevant and instead be replaced by an actual support email since when I had an issue yesterday, it was not clear how to handle it (answer: fixed it myself then provided feedback on the fix)
Correct — our feedback board is run by Nolt.io and we’re not able to sync our member accounts with Nolt’s. That’s why we allow for anonymous posting and voting, so people don’t have to create a second account if they don’t want to. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best solution we have given our limited resources.
