Clarify membership pricing for non-US users#13

The onboarding screen and preview page for the App Store version of Glass state that the yearly membership is $29.99, which I am assuming is in USD. My membership subscription through the Canadian App Store comes in at $36.99 CAD. Also, the monthly membership in Canada is $5.99, not $4.99.

It would be nice to have these differences noted somewhere in the membership flow, or specifically call out the $4.99/$29.99 rates as being USD.
